A law and order meeting was held in the Sindh High Court on Saturday, in which the DG Rangers asked for powers in Sindh on the pattern of Karachi.
DG Rangers said that the Rangers should be given powers in Sindh on the pattern of Karachi, the powers that were given against terrorism in Karachi should be given.
In a meeting related to law and order, the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court said that law and order should be ensured in one month.
No exception should be taken with this, those who disrupt peace and order should be brought to an end no matter how powerful they are, the Chief Justice asked for reports related to law and order within 15 days.
IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon said that the Sindh High Court had a 3-point agenda for the peace meeting, street crimes in Karachi, Safe City and the problem of raw robbers, the Chief Justice took a briefing on these issues and issued instructions.
He said that a briefing was also given on the implementation of the court orders, there was a discussion on increasing patrols to stop street crimes in Karachi, many things need to be improved in the criminal justice system.
Important points regarding the investigation were discussed in the meeting, we put our requests and gave suggestions in the meeting, it will be ensured that no false cases are made, thus the burden will also be reduced.
