In Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring localities, vehicle traffic began to flow to National Highway 60, section through My Tho and Tien Giang cities, to Rach Mieu Bridge, and vehicles moved slowly.

According to the Traffic Police Department, on the roads, functional forces have inspected and handled 3,300 violations; fined more than 6.4 billion VND; stripped more than 700 driving licenses of all kinds.

During this time, the traffic police nationwide handled more than 1,400 cases of alcohol violations.
