One thousand (1000) and more creations of four hundred and 400 students of the Art Workshop of the Municipality of Patreon, will be hosted from 7.30 on the evening of Wednesday, October 2 at the premises of “Agora Argyri” where the annual group exhibition will be held.
The exhibition will last until Wednesday, October 16, and students from the adult and children’s departments of the laboratory participate in it.
Paintings, ceramics, constructions, hagiography and Art History will be presented in the exhibition area.
The Art Workshop of the Municipality of Patreon is a structure for a meaningful encounter with the visual arts and includes classes in different fields and age levels.
The curriculum is developed each year around a specific theme, in which the various issues and concepts of art are highlighted.
The theme of this year’s exhibition is “world-microcosm” and reflects the corresponding research done during the annual cycle of courses.
The presentation of the works does not have the concept of showing a final product and above all it does not have a competitive or individual character.
It is a point of reference for a collective effort and a trigger for the continuation of the students’ creative path. The aim is for the Visual Studio to always be a living cell, open to all the creative forces of the city.
For the winter art season (November 2024 – May 2025), registrations continue in all departments where there are vacancies in the children’s and adult classes.
Those interested in information and participation declarations can contact us every day, Monday to Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at tel. . Theodosiou 12, or by e-mail: [email protected]
