The Children’s Stage of Yiannis Christopoulos, on Monday 29/07/2024, at 9 p.m. in the outdoor theater “G. Pappas” in Aigio, will present the show “The Puss in Shoes – Playful and stylish!”
The show conquers young and old alike, bearing the signature of the creative director, KellysStamoulakis. After her works, “The Nutcracker” and “Scrooge and the Spirits of the Holidays”, with a sensitive approach to the world of theater for children, she brings an unforgettable show proving her experience in the field.
The text is a reinterpretation of the beloved classic fairy tale, intended for a young audience (and not only). Enriched with modern meanings and themes, with a playful style, with endless humor and with the interjection of songs, the viewer discovers the world of peace and war, the importance of solidarity, love, friendship, honesty and the violation of rights human’s.
In other words, he creates an anti-war work that highlights the current importance of these issues and the power of the interaction between the characters, offering psychological depth to the plot as it takes us into a world where the truth is the most precious gift. In this journey, Puss in Boots and his boss discover that intelligence, kindness and generosity are the keys to saving everyone.
The inventive collaboration of leading actors created a variety of elements, which are integrated into the performance such as: apt dialogues, comic incidents, impressive acrobatics, elaborate swordplays, intelligent choreographies and give a special dimension to the aesthetics of the performance. In addition, stilt walkers are also present on stage, adding a mythical breath and even more imagination to our theatrical journey.
