Hélène Sy took to her Instagram account to share a tender souvenir photo.
It’s been 25 years since the actor Omar Sy and his wife Hélène spin the perfect love. To celebrate their anniversary, Hélène Sy was in a nostalgic mood. She chose to share a snapshot dating from 2007 on her Instagram account. Dressed in a spring dress, we can see her entwined with Omar Sy in a white suit.
Hélène Sy took the opportunity to add a little touch of lightness by slipping the photo of a T-shirt bearing the image of her couple: “We have both been bored for 25 years and it still works”. She accompanied her publication with a caption in English: “Time does not pass, it continues”. Omar Sy did not hesitate to relay the souvenir photo on his Instagram account. Both regularly publish moments spent together or surrounded by their children.
They have five children together
It was in 1998 that Omar Sy and Hélène met. They married in July 2007 in Tremblay-sur-Mauldre, in the Yvelines. They flew to the United States in 2012 and have since resided in Los Angeles. Together they have five children, three girls and two boys, Selly (21 years old), Sabah (18 years old), Alhadji (14 years old), Tidiane (12 years old) and the youngest Amani-Nour, born in 2017 (5 years old).
Although discreet about her private life, Hélène Sy is a committed personality. She is notably the founder and president of the CéKeDuBonheur association, which helps hospitalized children and adolescents. For his part, the 44-year-old actor will star in the remake of the 1989 film “The Killer” by John Woo. Also scheduled for release in 2023 for “Tirailleurs”, a drama during the First World War, presented at the Cannes Film Festival in the “Un certain regard” category.
