The one point that had been deducted for the case of Juancar in the derby of “G. Karaiskakis” with Panathinaikos was taken back by Olympiacos in the CAS, with the nullification of the “red and white” however remaining.
Olympiacos had appealed to the International Court of Arbitration for the decision to lose the match 0-3 to Panathinaikos and to be deducted a point, also giving two matches behind closed doors with a fine of 38,000 euros.
The decision of the CAS was expected this week and as it became known on Thursday followingnoon, Olympiakos’ nullification remained, however the “red and whites” got back the one point that had been taken away from them.
