Everyone wanted a story, but not everyone wanted to tell my story in a truthful way. it was an adjustment period, finding my footing.”
*”I had to learn quickly to protect myself and my family. I spent a lot of time reflecting and communicating with those I trusted. I realized that my story was mine to tell, and I needed to decide how to share it. I surrounded myself with a strong support system of family and friends who helped me stay grounded.”
