Oil prices are galloping, with Brent close to 87 dollars, driven by prospects of economic recovery in China and the USA, while the attacks on Russian refineries create some tension on the refined products market. The national averages of prices charged at the pump showed little change following the increases over the weekend, while new increases were recorded in the recommended price lists of the major brands. According to the usual report by Staffetta Quotidiana, this morning Eni increased the recommended prices of petrol by two cents per liter and those of diesel by one cent. For IP and Tamoil we record an increase of one cent per liter on petrol and diesel.
