Oi launches new institutional campaign to reinforce fiber optic broadband service

This Monday (17), the Hey launched an institutional campaign in the market to reinforce its fiber optic broadband internet service. The company focused on this segment after the sale of its mobile phone division, occurred last year.

At the beginning, Oi’s new campaign deals with the internal restructuring that took place after the sale of the company’s mobile division and cites some doubts that consumers were left with, such as “what now?”, “how is the service?” and “how will the customers be?”.

About the question: is Oi okay? The narrator asks that the question be asked “for those who have” the company’s broadband. The piece goes on to state that the company has chosen to work tirelessly to offer “the best fiber” to its customers.

After that, Oi highlighted the results of the 2022 satisfaction and perceived quality survey by the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel). Oi Fibra took the lead in rankings of the most satisfied customers in the segmentamong the major operators.

“We use three key messages: transparency about our moment, the care we have for our customers and the satisfaction that comes from this care. We want to show that, even in the face of this scenario, we focus on the best we have, Oi Fibra, and on what is most valuable to us: seeing our customers satisfied”, said Livia Marquez, Communications Director at Oi.

Currently, Oi Fibra already has 4.4 million customers across the country and the company wants to expand this number. According to company data, the service has an annual growth of 12% and the objective is to offer an even more diversified portfolio with competitive prices.
