Ohio Men’s Golf Announces 2024-2025 Schedule

ATHENS, Ohio

– The Ohio Men’s Golf team has released its 2024-2025 schedule, Head Coach Brennan Whitis announced today (August 15th).

The Bobcats open the fall portion of its schedule Sept. 9-10 at the 2024 Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational. The two-day event is hosted by Marshall University at Guyan Golf and Country Club in Huntington, WV. The Bobcats return to action Sept. 14-15 at the Golden Grizzlies Intercollegiate hosted by Oakland University. The two-day event takes place at the Katke-Cousins Golf Club in Rochester, Mich. The Bobcats finish out September from the 27-28 at the Virtues Intercollegiate hosted by Bowling Green University. This two-day event is played at the Virtues Golf Club in Nashport, Ohio.

The Bobcats travel to Pennsylvania during Oct. 14-15 for the Redhawk Intercollegiate. The two-day competition is hosted by Miami University (OH) at the Pittsburg Field Club, Penn. The Bobcats finish out the fall portion of their season on a tropical note from Oct. 25-27 at the White Sands Bahama Invitational. This three-day competition is hosted by West Virginia University at the Ocean Club Golf Course in Paradise Island, Bahamas.

Ohio opens the spring schedule Feb 16-18 at the CasaBlanca Collegiate in Mesquite, Nev. The three-day event is hosted by Eastern Kentucky University at the CasaBlanca Golf Club. The Ohio Bobcats returns to the Ross Collegiate Classic at the Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club March 10-11. The three-day event is hosted by George Mason University.

Ohio takes back to the road on March 24-26 for the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate. The three-day event is hosted by Miami (OH) University at the Sweetens Cove Golf Club in Pittsburg, Tenn.

Come April, the Bobcats start the month at the Testudo Cup from April 5-6 hosted by the University of Maryland. This two-day event is played at the PB Dye Golf Club in Ijamsville, Mary. The Bobcats then return to Ohio for the Buckeye Classic on April 10-12. This two-day event is hosted by Ohio State University at the Columbus Country Club in Columbus, Ohio. To finish off the regular season, the Bobcats travel west to the RedBird Shootout on April 14 in Muncie, Ind. This event is hosted by Ball State at the Delaware Country Club.

With the regular season all said and done, the Bobcats head to the Mid-American Conference Tournament from April 27-29, hosted by Bowling Green. This four-day event is played at the Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City, Ohio.

The 2024 NCAA Regionals will take place May 11-14, while the 2024 NCAA Championships takes place May 23-28 in Carlsbad, Calif.
