OGC Nice is “relieved that everything ended well” pour Alexis Beka Bekawho had, according to French media, threatened to end his life this Friday on the Magnan viaduct.

According to Nice morning, Alexis Beka Beka, 22, had threatened to throw himself into the void from the Magnan viaduct, on the A8, near Nice. After several hours of negotiations, the player was taken care of by the firefighters around 2 p.m. The club had sent a psychologist to the site.
The press conference of coach Francesco Farioli and defender Jean-Clair Todibo, planned two days before the reception of Brest in the championship, had been postponed.
