Offshore Link Sat (OLS) reinforces partnership with Eutelsat Group for maritime connectivity on the Brazilian coast

Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris, London Stock Exchange; ETL) (Paris:ETL) (LSE:ETL) announces that Offshore Link Sat (OLS) has expanded its capacity on EUTELSAT 8 West B for offshore GEO maritime connectivity services Brazilian.

OLS, a Brazilian telecommunications services provider specializing in offshore connectivity for the oil and gas sector (offshore platforms and vessels), further leverages Eutelsat Group’s in-orbit assets to intensify its customized connectivity solutions.

The powerful EUTELSAT 8 West B satellite is particularly suited to the maritime market in Brazil, with 10 operational transponders connected to coverage zones covering the African continent and reaching west to South America.
