Through social networks, a video was circulated showing Ramsés Heriberto Zataraín Hernández, 35 years old, half-naked and with his hands tied, as well as evidence of traces of torture and blood all over his body.
A video circulated on social networks on the afternoon of June 2 shows moments in which Ramsés Heriberto Zatarain Hernández talks about the participation of his former partner Ramón Aguilera Díaz “El Chito” in the disappearance of two young men that occurred in August 2019, when they left the well-known bar “El Relajo” located in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood of Mexicali.
To direct questions, he confesses the aforementioned crime and details the supposed exact location where the bodies of the disappeared youths are located, inside the Karey ranch, located in the Ejido Islas Agrarias “A”, in the Mexicali valley, owned by “El Chito ” where in 2019 a search was carried out by elements of the then State Attorney General’s Office (PGJE), in which they located blood and even a tiger that he had as a pet.
In the 41-minute video, Heriberto Zatarain breathes with difficulty, blows to the head, arms and lower extremities can be seen, he is wallowing and sitting on the ground without underwear or pants. From the beginning of the image, he can be heard behind the camera, the voice of one of his captors asking:

Ramsés (R): They were killed at the “Chito” ranch.

Rigoberto Zatarain Huitrón, brother of the victim, has been an official of the Attorney General of the State of Baja California for several years, in 2019 he served as an agent of the Public Ministry assigned to the area of intentional homicides.
He currently works as Coordinator of Public Ministries of the Visitor’s Office in Mexicali.
