The Ministry of Health and Population has adopted a decision specifying the position of taxpayers who refrain from receiving the assignment for long periods.
According to a letter addressed by Dr. Sahar Helmy, Head of the Training and Research Sector at the Ministry of Health, to the Directorates of Health Affairs, the opinion of the Legal Adviser to the Higher Committee for Assignment was approved, regarding refraining from receiving the assignment.
The legal opinion includes: The bodies charged with the members of the medical categories addressed by the assignment law, should address the general administration for assignment following 3 months from the date of the issuance of the decision to assign the aforementioned groups, including the names of those assigned who did not receive work during the aforementioned period, in preparation for presenting each case to the Supreme Committee. to commission; To take what it deems appropriate in this regard, whether by canceling the assignment or taking legal measures according to the actual needs of the authorities and according to the deficit and increase in these categories.
Helmy demanded from the directorates to provide them with the names of all the assigned categories, who did not receive the work within the prescribed period of 3 months from the date of the issuance of the decision to assign them.
