The Seoul Metropolitan Government determined and announced the individually announced land prices of 866,912 parcels surveyed as of January 1 this year (28th).
The place with the highest official land price in Seoul was ‘Nature Republic Myeongdong World Branch’ at 24-2 Chungmuro 1-ga, Jung-gu, which has maintained the highest price for 20 years since 2004.
The official land price of this commercial area recorded 174.1 million won per 1㎡, down 7.9% from last year.
The lowest land price was 6,710 won per 1㎡ in San 30, Dobong-dong, Dobong-gu, which is a natural forest.
Among the residential areas, Acro River Park, 2-12 Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, had the highest price at 27.8 million won per 1㎡.
851,616 lots (98.2%) of land prices fell, and 12,095 lots (1.4%) increased.
While the published prices of all autonomous districts fell, Jung-gu and Guro-gu (-6.42%), Nowon-gu (-6.41%), and Jungnang-gu (-6.36%) showed the highest rate of decline in the order.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government explained that the overall real estate price fell due to the effect of the interest rate hike and real estate market stabilization policy last year, and that the lowering of the realization rate according to the government’s plan to revise the realization of the official price was also a factor in the decline.
