After the departure of U17 coach Mickael Delestrez, it is the turn of Orlando Silvestri, U19 coach, to leave LOSC to join another club in the region.
After eleven years at the Lille training center, the 49-year-old coach has decided to join a new project since he has just been appointed new assistant coach of the professional team of Valenciennes. While Delestrez had left the Lille U17 group to become technical director of the Toulouse FC training center, Silvestri had been offered to recover the U17 group next season before declining to join VAFC.
Former Valencian player from 2002 to 2007 and following 11 seasons in the LOSC training center as a coach, Orlando Silvestri joins the VAFC staff as an assistant coach with Nicolas Rabuel!
