Odyssey Neo G9: Samsung’s new 57″ monitor hits stores later this month

The powerful monitor 57 inches already have a date to hit stores. It’s regarding the Odyssey Neo G9, which was unveiled last year and demonstrated at this year’s CES by the manufacturer. Finally, the brand’s new panel will be available for sale from the August 23rd and you can see its main attributes below.

In general, the product has a curved display and according to the company, it was produced with Mini-LED technology. In addition, the item stands out for its Dual UHD resolution, with 7,680 x 2,160 pixels, as well as VESA Display 1000 certification. That is, it is like having two large 4K monitors united in one device.

The screen has a 32:9 aspect ratio, a curvature of 1000R and support for high refresh rates, reaching 240 Hz. Likewise, Samsung claims that the monitor has support for Smart Hub, present in the brand’s TVs. That way, you can enjoy streaming apps like Prime Video and Netflix.

Another important detail is that the Odyssey Neo G9 has Gaming Huballowing the user to access cloud gaming services, such as GeForce NOW and NVIDIA e Xbox Cloud Gaming. Moreover, the product comes with an HDMI 2.1 port and is the first monitor on the market to support DisplayPort 2.1 connection.

When it showed the product at the beginning of the year, Samsung was mysterious regarding the price and when the item would be available for purchase. Now, she has already confirmed that the model will be available on the 23rd of this month, but the amount to be charged for it has not yet been revealed.
