Dubai:The India-Pakistan glamor match of ODI World Cup cricket will be held on October 15 in Ahmedabad. India’s first match, which is the host, is against Australia at 8 in Chennai.
The International Cricket Council has prepared the draft schedule of the World Cup. It is given to member states. The schedule will be officially announced next week.
Defending champions England will face runners-up New Zealand in the opening match on October 5 in Ahmedabad. The final will be held in Ahmedabad on November 19.
India’s other matches will be held in Delhi, Pune, Dharamshala, Lucknow, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru.
