The text states: “When a medical prescription indicates a number of professional occupational therapy procedures, the occupational therapist is entitled to renew the initial medical prescription once, unless otherwise instructed by the physician. Note that at the end of June, three other decrees implementing this law expanded the role of nurse practitioners by creating the functions of reference nurse practitioners, massage physiotherapists and opticians.
