Ingredients: 30 quail eggs, 2 scallions, 1 piece of ginger, half an onion, 1 chili, 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup rock sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar , a few cloves of garlic, roasted sesame.

– Boil water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, put quail eggs in and boil for about 1 minute (peach). Take it out and put it in a bowl of cold water. Then peel.

– Thinly slice garlic, sliced ​​scallions, sliced ​​ginger, diced onions, thinly sliced ​​peppers.

– Boil 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1 cup filtered water, 1/2 cup yellow rock sugar. Season to taste. Let cool. Put the eggs in the box with the ingredients prepared above, add a little roasted sesame. Soak for about 5 hours or leave overnight in the refrigerator to be used.

Preparation: 1 bunch of cabbage, 50g minced meat, a little salt, 1 piece of minced ginger.

Vegetables are washed and cut into pieces. Shoulder meat boil with water. Season to taste, then add the vegetables and ginger and cook.

Preparation: 300g beef, juice of 1 big lemon, 1 red onion, 1 eggplant, fish sauce, lemon, sugar, garlic, chili, basil, roasted sesame.
