The Living Independently initiative aims to assist 210 beneficiaries with disabilities and the elderly in accomplishing daily tasks independently by providing them with necessary communication, work, and learning skills. The program has four main technical empowerment programs: the Communication Program, Education Program, Work Program, and Elderly Program. These programs are customized to support people with specific needs including multiple sclerosis, quadriplegics, stroke survivors, motor and visual impairments, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer’s patients, and the elderly.
Each program provides specialized assessment services and efficient technical support, including smart glasses, motion sensors, communication devices, software licenses, tracking devices, and more. Furthermore, training sessions on supporting devices and developing communication abilities are also included.
