Former US President Barack Obama returned to the White House on Tuesday to attend an event celebrating his Affordable Care Act, addressing a group of reporters before addressing US President Joe Biden.
In his speech, Obama described President Biden as “Vice President”, before stopping for a moment, which sparked a wave of laughter among the media professionals who were in the hall.
Obama indicated that it was “just a joke,” stressing that “the whole thing is in order,” before addressing Biden with “my boss, Joe Biden.”
