A 35-year-old man lost his life in a shooting early Thursday morning in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Teh incident occurred on West 49th Street just before 3 a.m.
Responding officers found the victim conscious and alert despite suffering multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was pronounced dead.
As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation into the fatal shooting is ongoing.

A small plane crashed at the Westchester County Airport on Monday, according to authorities. Despite the incident, there were no reported injuries.
The plane, a Cessna 172, veered off the runway around 3:40 p.m. as it was attempting to land. The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
Phil Taitt, reporting from the scene, stated that the plane remained upright after the crash, which contributed to a lack of serious damage or injuries.
