NVIDIA has published a major update for DLSS2 version 3.1 along with the SDK

NVIDIA recently published on GitHub the DLSS Super Resolution SDK v3.1, their first SDK update published since last May.

The milestone NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution SDK 3.1 adds the ability for developers to hint which DLSS Super Resolution model is preferred for their games, support for applications that can subscribe to receive updates for newer versions of DLSS, performance and optimization fixes, stability improvements, and various minor fixes.

NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution SDK 3.1 also includes updated programming guide and documentation for new APIs. The DLSS SDK is licensed under the NVIDIA RTX SDKs License and includes DLSS header files, a precompiled DLSS library blob, and sample DLSS applications for Windows and Linux. This SDK also uses the NVIDIA Image Scaling SDK to implement compute shader spatial scaling for DX11/DX12/Vulkan use.
