PUEBLA.- A nurse beat up a security guard at a hospital in the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), also threatened to “lift him.”
According to local media, the incident occurred in the San Jose Specialty Hospital. Witnesses said that the assault occurred because the security guard called the nurse’s attention after finding him in alleged state of intoxication.
In videos shared on social media, the nurse is seen subduing the guard on the ground while the person filming calls for support to control the situation. After several seconds of struggle, The nurse starts to beat repeatedly to the guard.
Another uniformed man approaches to try calm the situationso the nurse gets up and continues the kicking assault against the guard who remains on the floor.
After more guards intervene, the nurse begins to insult and threaten the other man.
“You don’t know who you’re messing with, I’m going to wake you up, you son of a b**ch… I’m going to wake you up and your family up, you dog,” he yells at him as he is detained by some guards.
IMSS responds after nurse assaults guard
After the incident, the IMSS Puebla He condemned the aggression and reported that hospital authorities are conducting an investigation.
“Administrative and legal actions are taken in relation to the employee’s conduct towards security personnel,” he said.
