Forestry shipments totaled $143.4 million, recording a growth of 604.0% compared to January-March 2023; while, agricultural exports totaled US$151.9 million, marking a year-on-year increase of 3.6%.
According to items, the 1,463% increase in pulp shipments (US$109.0 million) stands out, associated with the low comparison base; as well as the recovery of shipments of fresh fruit (US$66.3 million), which grew 36.6%, and processed fruit shipments -mainly frozen- (US$35.9 million), which expanded 6.2%. %.
Similarly, processed wood (US$19.9 million) showed an increase of 399%, while sawn wood (US$13.2 million) grew 55.1%.
