Asunción, IP Agency.- The Ñu Guasú and Guasú Metropolitano parks are open this Wednesday, May 1, Labor Day.
Visiting hours will be the usual ones, from 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with stays until 10:00 p.m.
“We are going to wait for you with all the beautiful experience we have within our parks,” added manager, Jannina Rodríguez.
On the other hand, Rodríguez pointed out that these spaces are not only useful for walking or exercising, but also for other family activities. “They can bring their blanket, put it on the grass, come with the kids and do family activities,” he said.
He added that, for example, there is an area exclusively for children, such as an inclusive park, a children’s library, a playroom aimed at children up to 10 years old, and all with completely free access.
“We invite you to come with the little ones to enjoy nature and get away from technology a little,” he said.
More than 60,000 users
As for the estimated turnout, Rodriguez said normally holidays and Sundays are the most crowded, with more or less 40,000 visitors, only in the Ñu Guasú park; while the Great Metropolitan receives regarding 20,000 people.
Finally, he urged people to take care of these parks and keep them clean so as to have a harmonious environment, as all users deserve, reported the Ministry of Public Works and Communications.
