Novo Nordisk Lawsuit: Compensation for Ozambik Injury and Misrepresentation

A woman, whose identity has not been revealed, filed a lawsuit once morest Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer of Ozambik injections, demanding compensation as a result of her lifelong diarrhea injury following suffering from stomach paralysis.

According to the text of the lawsuit, the contents of which were published by the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the Danish company that produces the drugs “Ozambik” and “Wego” was accused of failing to explain the risks of using these injections on the packages.

The woman was considered one of dozens of people who filed lawsuits once morest the company, following suffering lifelong health complications following using injections that were supposed to be given to people suffering from type 2 diabetes, but many began using them as a means of losing weight quickly.

According to 24 AE, the lawyers said that thousands of additional lawsuits will be filed by patients across America.
