Notorious serial killer Charles Sobharaj out of jail; Ordered by the Nepalese court

Nepal’s Supreme Court orders the release of notorious serial killer Charles Sobharaj from jail. The order of the court took into account the age and health condition of Charles Sobharaj, who has been in jail for 19 years, including murder charges. According to the court order, the detention of Charles Sobharaj for a longer period of time is a violation of the human rights of the prisoners. The court also said that if there are no more cases to be decided once morest Charles Sobharaj, he can be released soon. The court also said that Charles, a French citizen, should be deported within 15 days of his release from prison.

After a stint in prison and petty crime in France, Charles began traveling the world in the 1970s. He now resides in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Charles’ method was to engage in long conversations with his victims and befriend them, including murder. It is reported that Charles has killed around 12 people. But unofficial estimates say that the number of victims will be more than thirty. Charles’ victims were citizens of Thailand, Nepal, India, Malaysia, France, Afghanistan, Turkey and Greece.
