Northern Venture Trust PLC – Following the announcement made by the Company on 18 September, jointly with Northern 2 VCT PLC and Northern 3 VCT PLC, confirms that its subscription offer is now open for applications.
The offer will remain open until March 28, 2024, unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. There will be an initial award on December 7, and to be awarded shares in the first award, funded applications must be received by the close of business on November 30.
