Already on Wednesday, the guest games of Chemie Leipzig at BFC Dynamo and FSV Zwickau at SV Babelsberg planned for Saturday (December 2, 2023) were postponed, as was the Thursday game between Hertha BSC II and Hansa Rostock II. Thuringenderby Jena vs. Meuselwitz: Closed snow cover
The game between Carl Zeiss Jena and ZFC Meuselwitz, also planned for Saturday (December 2nd, 2023), can probably take place – subject to reservations and as of Thursday morning (November 30th, 2023). When asked by MDR, the club explained that there was a solid blanket of snow in the stadium, which made playing possible. A final decision as to whether the game will take place has not yet been made. According to the weather forecast, further snowfall is forecast for Friday and Saturday.
