The Ministry of National Defense said that it made a call to open the West Sea and East Sea military communication lines at 9 am today (9th), but the North did not receive a call from the day before yesterday (7th) and yesterday (8th).
It is not known why North Korea is not responding to military communication lines.
The military is open to both technical anomalies and the possibility of an intentional refusal to respond.
If North Korea intentionally refuses to respond, there is a possibility that it is a reaction to the recent ROK-US joint exercise, the deployment of US strategic assets, the disclosure of North Korean human rights reports, and the adoption of the UN Human Rights Council’s resolution on North Korean human rights.
