The Union of Republican Forces (UFR) party spoke this Friday, March 1, 2024, following the appointment of Amadou Oury BAH as Prime Minister of the Transition.
In an official statement, Sidya Touré’s UFR took note of this appointment and affirmed its commitment to the return to constitutional order in the country.
The UFR stressed the importance of “requalification of the transition”, stressing the need to continue actions to restore constitutional order in accordance with the commitments made by the junta to ECOWAS.
At the same time, the UFR called on all its activists, as well as pro-democracy activists, to remain mobilized for the return to constitutional order in Guinea.
