The founder of the APDH Neuquén and reference for human rights Noemí Labrune died this Sunday at 93 years old. Yesterday the second edition of “Noemí Labrune and the fight for Human Rights, from the individual to the collective” had been presented at the Neuquén Book Fair, the book that reflects his legacy of struggle in the region.
