Noble Care Foundation donates wheelchairs and basic food baskets to residents of Cazenga – Jornal OPaís

The Noble Care Foundation (NCF) offered, this weekend, more than 40 tricycles and basic food baskets to people with disabilities in the municipality of Cazenga, in Luanda.

Solidarity action falls within the scope of the social responsibility of the Noble Business Group, which annually reserves a budget dedicated to programs to support social responsibility.

With actions like this, the group aims to leave a positive impact on communities in a significant and lasting way through multiple projects, volunteering and community involvement for inclusive growth.

To this end, it has a calendar of activities every year, from awareness programs in schools, orphanages, families in difficulty in a community and environment within the means and capabilities.

Among others, several of these programs include training children in schools on dental cleaning habits, health and hygiene, and supporting people with physical disabilities, providing them with hope and happiness.

According to the Foundation’s head of Social Action, Jonathan Tumba, this is not the first time that the institution has carried out this event, believing that with this gesture it intends to bring a smile back to these people and convey to them the message that they are not alone.

“The first activity we carried out in the São Paulo market and we came to Asa Branca precisely to give joy and hope for life to these special people who so much need our love and affection due to their physical conditions”, he explained.

The Foundation’s godmother, Cândida Narciso, said that similar actions will continue, considering that people with disabilities are special and deserve love.

Beneficiaries Felisberto Manuel and Luzia dos Santos, aged 56 and 43, respectively, thank the foundation for this gesture of solidarity, hoping that this donation can be extended to more people in the same condition, due to the difficulties that arise from the lack of this resource. useful for getting around.

The Municipal Administrator of Cazenga, Nádia Neto, as host, praised the initiative and encouraged this institution to continue developing solidarity actions of this kind, in order to also encourage other organizations to follow the same example.

“We want this action to encourage other institutions to do the same, to give, essentially, above all, a reason for smile and relief to these great warriors who are the physically disabled”, he stressed.

Nádia Neto also informed that the municipality controls more than 100 people with disabilities and that these means will serve to minimize the glaring need for tricycles and similar to meet the requests of this population.

The Noble Care Foundation (NCF) is the Group’s social responsibility arm and was founded in 2003.

From day one, it drove the group’s vision of satisfying stakeholders (employees and partners) and empowering the community through various initiatives focused mainly on health and education (partnerships with universities).
