Noa Kirel postpones the show in Yarkon Park

Following the shooting at the center, Noa Kirel announced this morning (Wednesday) the cancellation of the planned show at Yarkon Park tomorrow. The announcement comes a day after the pop star’s press conference, in which she said that until the guidelines change, she will not cancel the show.

Kirel’s show at Yarkon Park is one of the topics discussed in the industry. It was supposed to be the fourth time the 23-year-old singer would perform on the park’s stage. In recent days, against the background of the escalation in the north, there has been much criticism of the performance.

Kirel and the production of the show held a press conference yesterday in which the singer stated that there is nothing to worry about and that the show is being held in coordination with the security establishment. But this morning, following the shooting at Gush Dan, it was decided to cancel it.

“Every second there is something”

“My dear friends, what a crazy situation,” Kirel told her followers in the story she shared. “Every second there is something and we don’t know what will happen tomorrow,” she continued and announced the postponement of the show.

“I will never do anything that would endanger my audience. You are more important to me than anything, and I want us to hold this crazy show that we have been working on at a time that will allow it properly, so of course you will be updated at a new time. Sending you love and hugs and reinforcements and praying for quieter days.”

In addition, Noa’s people informed the media: “Following the shooting this morning towards Tel Aviv and the change in the security situation, the producers of the show Live Nation Israel and Noa Kirel jointly decided to postpone the performance planned for tomorrow to a new date.

“All the tickets purchased are valid for the date to be determined and there is no need to exchange tickets. In the coming days, the production will update on the date of the show. Praying for quiet and safe days and wishing a happy new year.”
