Since 2014, Apple has formalized its ambition to develop and market a car, the Apple Car. Named “Project Titan”, the vehicle is taking shape day by day.
A release planned for 2024?
Knowing the brand and its activity since its creation, the Apple Car should be nothing like an ordinary car. But it’s a funny patent that was filed by the latter, animating social networks where Internet users have imagined the craziest theories. For good reason, it should survey VR helmets intended for passengers, making their journey more playful and entertaining. Added to that, the vehicle should not have glass windows, which would be a first in this area.
These two pieces of information combined might suggest that this new kind of car would be driven with a VR headset. Rest assured, this is not the case. The latter is obviously intended for passengers and not for the driver, but that was enough to amuse Internet users. In development for 8 years already, the Apple Car should see the light of day in 2024.
