At the same time, as he said, he has already requested the exception of a judge, one of whom is handling the case, since, as the family says, there is a relationship with a lawyer on the side of the 58-year-old businessman, while once again he emphasized that the mayor should have resigned Kassandra, Anastasia Chalkia.
“I believe that some children will be saved no matter what, in any way we have to try. Private investigators appointed by me will release information within 48 hours. For the world to understand what the reality is. No matter how much mud the defenders of the other side throw, I will be standing and I will be with my child’s photo. Another child will not be lost,” said the 19-year-old’s father, among other things.

Eight days after the tragic incident that plunged the family of the deceased boy into pain, Mega secured visual material from a store located 300 meters from the amusement park in Halkidiki. The hands of the clock showed around 11:00 on the evening of August 19, when the 19-year-old along with the rest of their family got up from a cafe where they were sitting and started walking along the beach front of the village of Kassandra, where they were for their holidays.
Walking for about half an hour they passed outside a mini market, the security camera of the store recorded Giannis along with his two brothers and his mother moving with slow steps and talking to each other. As you will see in the visual material, the four members of the family walk close to each other.
To the right of the group is his 16-year-old brother Dimitris, with whom the unlucky lad climbed the deadly Crazy Dance game. Next to him walks his mother, while to her left is the youngest son of the family. On the far left and in black clothes is John, who several times will turn his head towards his brothers and his mother to talk to them.
The family will continue on their way and head to the amusement park, which is only 300 meters from where they were captured by the mini market’s security camera. They will arrive at the recreation area three minutes later. There the mother and her youngest son will watch Giannis and Dimitris board around 23:45 on the evening of August 19 in the Crazy Dance game and spin at high speed.
Seconds later the iron structure will break causing the seat to be ejected and the 19-year-old boy will lose his life.

Great tension prevailed on Tuesday morning at the Polygyros courthouse in Halkidiki, when the father of 19-year-old Yiannis who lost his life at the amusement park in Pefkohori was face to face with the mayor of Kassandra, Anastasia Chalkia.
As reported by Voria.gr, both are expected to have – separately – a meeting today with the head of the Polygyros First Instance Prosecutor’s Office. The same information states that Mrs. Halkia has already been called to give an explanation in the context of the preliminary examination ordered by the prosecution.
The father of the deceased Giannis approached the mayor and spoke to her in a strong tone.
“I am with you,” said Mrs. Chalkia, with the 19-year-old’s father answering her, “where are you? Will you bring my child back to me?’
The 19-year-old’s father, once again addressing the mayor of Kassandra, emphasized that “nothing will save you. Not even your millions. I will crush you.”
After her meeting with the prosecutor, Anastasia Halkia came out of the back exit of the courthouse and noted that “the father is in pain and whatever he says is right. I have confidence in Justice and everything will be proven.”

According to information, as part of the investigations, criminal responsibilities will be sought in all directions. According to the same information, in addition to the owner of the amusement park and the operator of the fatal game, the “frame” of responsibilities will include representatives of the municipal authority, engineers who allegedly certified the suitability of the machines, etc.
At the same time, the head of the Appeals Prosecutor’s Office of Thessaloniki, Nikos Kallides, asked the first-court prosecutor Polygyros to personally oversee the three specific criminal investigations.
