JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Shandy Aulia’s attorney, Sandy Arifin, ensured that there would be no fight over child custody in her client’s divorce trial with David Herbowo.
According to Sandy’s statement, the two parties had agreed to separate on good terms and not fight over custody of their only child.
“There is no fight over child custody. Custody of the child is shared between them,” said Sandy when met at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday (3/5/2023).
Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo both have the desire to continue caring for and raising their child.

Both of them did not want the princess to experience a lack of affection at this age of her growth.
“Because they both want to raise them, even though they are separated they still want to raise them together,” said Sandy.
Apart from child custody, Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo are also not concerned regarding assets like this.
In other words, the only content of the lawsuit filed by Shandy Aulia is divorce with David Herbowo.

Previously reported, Shandy Aulia filed for divorce once morest David Herbowo at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) on April 11, 2023.
Meanwhile, Shandy Aulia’s divorce suit is registered in case number 361/Pdtg 2023/PN JAKARTA SELATAN.
The first trial of the divorce case of Shandy Aulia and David Herbowo ended in a delay because both parties were not present at the trial.
The panel of judges will once more summon the plaintiff and defendant to court on May 17 2023.
