New Delhi: No bail for Shankar Mishra who urinated on his fellow passenger in the plane. The bail was deposited by the Delhi Patiala court. Earlier, Mishra’s bail plea was adjourned for judgment by the Delhi court. In his bail application, Shankar Mishra had pointed out that he was not involved in crimes before and would not influence the complainant. He also stated in the plea that his arrest was not legal. However, the court did not accept these arguments.

Earlier, Shankar Mishra was arrested from Bangalore. The police checked the location of his tower and got an indication that he is in Bangalore. Delhi Police had deployed a team in Bengaluru following getting a clear indication of Shankar Mishra’s whereregardings. Shankar Mishra switched off his phone but kept in touch with his friends through social media accounts.

This helped the police to arrest him. Following the incident, Shankar Mishra, a native of Mumbai, was fired from the Wells Fargo company. Shankar Mishra was the vice president of the Indian chapter of Wells Fargo, an American multinational financial services firm headquartered in California. On November 26, Shankar Mishra urinated on a woman passenger in business class on a New York-Delhi Air India flight.

He had come forward asking him not to complain to the police as it would affect his family life if the incident came to light. But when the woman decided to proceed with legal action, the incident became public. Air India filed a complaint with the police late. Following the complaint, Air India banned Shankar Mishra for 30 days
