The center will continue to monitor changes in indicators and data received from municipalities and will regularly assess the situation, its changes and make recommendations to the Government.

Currently, five municipalities – Akmene, Joniškis, Radviliškis, Vilnius and Kaišiadorių districts – have declared emergency situations at the municipal level due to the storm.

According to NKVC, the municipalities of Kelmė, Šiauliai and Šalčininkai districts are planning or considering declaring an emergency.
