In the new modification, the chairs are trimmed with a special leatherette. By default, the SUV is equipped with an electric driver’s seat, which adjusts the position in 8 directions. More expensive modifications of the new Nissan X-Trail 2023 are equipped with an assistant from Amazon. Thanks to him, the driver or passengers using voice commands will be able to turn on their favorite music, make calls and perform other operations. Under the hood of the Japanese cross, the old 1.5-liter supercharged engine is installed, which generates 201 horsepower at 305 N * m of torque. Paired with this engine is a CVT. In addition, an optional all-wheel drive system is available for the car. The cost of the updated SUV in the US market starts at $27,360, which is equivalent to 1.64 million rubles at the current exchange rate. That’s $210 (12,650 rubles) more than what was asked for last model year’s crossover.
It is worth saying that this is not the first update of the model in recent times. A little earlier, the manufacturer showed the Nissan X-Trail 2023 in the e-POWER version. The main feature of this modification is the presence of a hybrid system of the same name under the hood. It consists of a 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbo engine and two electric units. The standard engine produces 144 horsepower at 250 Nm of thrust. An all-wheel drive transmission is also available. Outwardly, this cross is not much different from the fuel version. Inside the car, a 12.3-inch digital “tidy”, multimedia with a 12.3-inch screen and a 10.8-inch projection display are installed. The equipment of the SUV includes all the latest safety technologies, including adaptive LED optics, 360-degree cameras and the ProPilot system.
X-Trail e-POWER
In addition, the Nissan Motorsports & Customization division released two modified cross-country variations, called Autech and X-Trailer X. The first has 2 configurations and two body colors: blue and red. The car received a more luxurious design with a new logo on the grille. From below, special parts with a metallic finish appeared, and the SUV rides on 20-inch wheels with a special design. The interior uses genuine leather and armchairs with a three-dimensional effect. Modification X-Trailer X stands out due to the black cases of side mirrors, door handles, roof rails and special aluminum wheels. Also, the model got additional equipment, for example, electric front seats and rear LED fog lights.
