Annual survey “Os Eleitos” takes into account the opinion of vehicle owners from brands present in the national market
Nissan models are among the best in their categories
RIO DE JANEIRO – Nissan’s serious and consistent work to offer the best experience to customers evolves every year and continues to be recognized and awarded in Brazil. The Japanese company was chosen as the one with the best following-sales service in the country by the annual “Os Eleitos” survey, carried out by the automotive media platform Quatro Rodas since 2001. This survey is carried out exclusively with vehicle owners from the various brands present in the national market.
Customer responses resulted in Nissan taking the lead in the survey with an average of 98.5. The Japanese brand obtained the highest scores in five of the eight attributes evaluated: cost-benefit, transparency, availability of parts, price of services, service, and recorded two out of 100 scores in punctuality and service delivery time.
According to the survey results, “Nissan’s success cannot be considered a surprise, as in the previous edition it had already shown signs of vitality”. In 2022, Nissan’s following-sales came in second with the highest growth in the final average, rising seven points compared to 2021.
In the survey, Nissan vehicles also had excellent results, ranking among the best in their categories. The Frontier pickup was among the three best, the New Versa, in second (and fourth in the overall classification), and the Kicks in fourth place in the most competitive segment in the country (11th overall).
To ensure the fairness of the research process, the publication requires that owners participating in the vote are over 18 years old and reside in Brazil. It is necessary to provide CPF and vehicle data, such as Renavam, license plate and year of manufacture to prove ownership. Only one vote is allowed for Renavam. The information is cross-referenced with Denatran data, to prove its veracity.
“The result reinforces the strong work we have been doing in recent years with a focus on customer experience and which, through research, confirms that they are perceiving and feeling our evolution in practice. The “Os Eleitos” survey also proves this, as we rise in the ranking year following year. Now, we have obtained the first position, but we will continue to seek to offer the best practices, technologies and services, always with our Japanese DNA”, says Leonardo Aredias, following-sales director at Nissan do Brasil.
