[Distant Mountains to People HC]

First of all, I’m glad that we were able to play in a packed arena, with a lot of boosters from Kumamoto rushing over and giving us a really strong boost.
The game itself was better in the first half, but in the second half when Mr. Nagasaki became more aggressive, there was a place where I might not continue to endure.
We had a lot of turnovers in the second half, and from there our transition defense got worse and we gave a lot of free throws.
I want to see how we can avoid turnovers or attack, so I can let them play a little more calmly.

I tell my players that the season is not over yet, and that we should not look down and try to win tomorrow first, then prepare to connect next time.

Against today’s game, I understand why it didn’t work out.
This team is a good team, so I want to communicate well, talk, and make sure everyone can play more comfortably without looking down.

[Mitsutaka Taniguchi]

We entered the match in good shape in the early stages, but in the second half, when the strength of our opponents increased, we made more mistakes.
So, I think the reason we lost was that we weren’t able to organize ourselves properly and fight.
As a team, we want to have a common understanding, prepare, and play strongly throughout the 40 minutes tomorrow so as not to let the opponent play the basket.
In the first half, we entered the match with a strong defense, so we didn’t let the opponent do what they wanted.
As a result, I think we were able to create our own offensive flow.

A lot of people from Kumamoto came running, and even though we were away, there was so much cheering that it didn’t feel like we were away, so it really helped.
It’s a pity that I mightn’t deliver the results in that, but I want to take the remaining two and move on.

[Terence Woodbury]

The first half was good, but the second half was worse. I want to fix it properly and face tomorrow.
I had 22 turnovers, so I don’t think I can win.
Nagasaki is a physical team, so we have to play stronger than Nagasaki.

I think I played well, but there are some things I want to fix, so I want to watch the video and fix them properly.

After the game, Jamel, you bring a lot of energy to practice and games. He said he should keep that energy high tomorrow.
And I told him that he always takes leadership, so I want him to show more leadership tomorrow than today.

I’m not worried regarding losing tomorrow. Anyway, I’ll fight here once more tomorrow!
