This very followingnoon a new and interesting message has been shared that is directly related to Nintendo. We are talking in this case regarding the response issued by the company following the accusation that reached us a few days ago from an anonymous employee.
He claimed that Nintendo had denied him the right to unionize, and now the company has issued a statement sharing what the problem was. We leave it below:
We are aware of the claim, which was filed with the National Labor Relations Board by a contractor who was previously terminated for disclosing confidential information and for no other reason. Nintendo is not aware of any attempted syndication or related activity and intends to cooperate with the investigation by the NLRB.
