“I wish God to enlighten me, to serve Greece and all Greeks”.
The Greek representatives made their official first appearance in the European Parliament, on the occasion of the swearing in of the new plenary following the recent European elections. Among them was Nikos Anadiotis who was elected as the only MEP from the NIKI party.
The well-known actor and model managed to gather more than 41,000 votes in the June 9 showdown and thus secure a seat in the European Parliament, representing the positions of his party.
Nikos Anadiotis, as expected, attended the swearing-in ceremony held in Brussels on Tuesday morning (16/7), uploading his first photo from inside the European Parliament wearing a smart dark blue suit.
“I wish GOD to enlighten me, to strengthen me, to support me… to serve Greece and all Greeks in the best possible way!!! Thank you all!!! Going forward!!! A good start 🇪🇺🇬🇷🇪🇺🇬🇷🇪🇺🇬🇷”, characteristically wrote Nikos Anadiotis, as the sole MEP of the NIKI party, in his post on Instagram, receiving comments of love and support from Costas Sommer, Grigoris Goudara and his other friends.
