The sports textile firm Nike recorded a net profit of 4,607 million dollars (4,173 million euros) in the first nine months of its fiscal year, which is equivalent to an increase of 9.2% compared to the same period of the year above, according to the company.

The net income of the multinational between June 2021 and February 2022 increased by 7% year-on-year, to 34,476 million dollars (31,232 million euros).

Nike sales in North America totaled 13,238 million dollars (11,992 million euros), 12% more, and in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) they grew 9%, to 9,228 million dollars (8,360 million euros). euros).

On its side, the company’s revenues in China fell 6% in the quarter, to 5,986 million dollars (5,423 million euros), while they increased 10% in Asia Pacific and Latin America, to 4,273 million dollars (3,871 millions of euros).

In the third quarter of its fiscal year, which ended on February 28, Nike obtained a net profit of 1,396 million dollars (1,265 million euros), 3.6% less than in the same period of the previous year. On its side, the multinational increased its sales by 5%, to 10,871 million dollars (9,848 million euros).
