Nicole Kidman captivates in her return to the Venice red carpet twenty years later

Venice (Italy), Aug 30 (EFE).- Australian actress Nicole Kidman wowed on Friday as she walked the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival for the official premiere of ‘Babygirl’, alongside the rest of the cast, including Antonio Banderas and Harris Dickinson.

The star of ‘Moulin Rouge’ (2001) appeared at the Venice Lido Cinema Palace with her hair loose and wearing a corseted beige dress with fringes and a plant-inspired neckline, combined with a long black skirt.

Kidman stars in Babygirl, an erotic thriller directed by Dutch director Halina Raijn and competing for the Golden Lion at the 81st Venice Film Festival.

The premiere marked his return to a festival, the Mostra, which he has not attended for the last twenty years, since ‘Birth’ (2004) and where he debuted with one of his most memorable works, ‘Eyer Wie Shut’ (1999) by Stanley Kubrick.

The other two protagonists of the sexual triangle of ‘Babygirl’, Antonio Banderas, accompanied by his girlfriend Nicole Kimpel, and Dickinson, also walked the red carpet.

Both Kidman and the actor from Malaga approached the hundreds of fans who were cheering them on to sign some photos or take pictures with them.

As is tradition, the entire cast, including the director and actress Sophie Wilde, posed on the red carpet for a family photo before moving on to the official screening.
