Nicolas Cage is said to be launching his own brand of alcohol.
The 59-year-old actor has trademarked Nick Cage for a new bourbon and is currently focused on launching his own liquor brand.
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: ‘It’s become fashionable in Hollywood to have your own brand of drink. It can be hugely lucrative.’ embark on this path. It has a lot of taste, so it will be a good thing.”
In recent years, many stars have launched their own brand of drinks, including Jay-Z and Kendall Jenner, and Nicolas hopes to achieve the same success with his project.
Last year, Nicolas revealed he loves Cornish pasties.
The veteran actor developed his love for this British pastry as a child, and even enjoyed eating it when he lived in Santa Monica.
He shared, “I love Cornish pasties. I used to eat Cornish pasties, believe it or not, in Santa Monica, California. There was a place called the Ye Olde King’s Head pub, I went there when I was a kid and ate it.
“They are so delicious and were the perfect thing to put in her school lunch box – I loved them so much.”
The Hollywood star also enjoys spending time in the picturesque English county of Somerset.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented him from spending much time there in recent years.
