Nick Suzuki may be having fun at the Montreal festivals, but his faithful sidekick Cole Caufield prefers to keep improving his golf. The small Montreal Canadiens forward also played with a very special guest on Monday.
The American and prospect Adam Fantilli – whom many Habs fans would have liked to see arrive in Montreal during the most recent draft – walked the greens with actor Jeff Daniels.

The 68-year-old is best known for the movie The bell and the idiot (Dumb and Dumber) where he shared the poster with Jim Carrey, in 1994. It was Fantilli who posted the photo on his Instagram account, indicating that he was playing “smart golf” with Jeff Daniels.
Caufield seems to be everywhere this summer and fans will be hoping he’ll be ubiquitous on the ice this fall as well when the next season kicks off. Fantilli, meanwhile, will try to break through the formation of the Columbus Blue Jackets.
